"Joe was always very short, and I helpful when it came to my questions. I could never get a hold of him through the phone. Just Email, even then it was not in a timely Manner. His assistant was very unhelpful. They closed my renters insurance without any notice to me in doing so, so I had to pay fees on my Rent due to the lack there of. When I reached out they said all they can do is add it back on, ignored the fact it was taken off. Find another Agent, this one isn't it ."
